We look forward to increasingly working with all sectors and political parties to continue this momentum and to position the social enterprise sector as a strong contributor to the mainstream NI economy.03 November 2017 People living at Clanmil Housings Abercorn Court in Portrush and Barbour Court in Enniskillen are celebrating the completion of major refurbishment projects at their housing schemes.

Mrs Avril Dunlop, who has lived at Barbour Court for the past 21 years and is a former scheme co-ordinator there, is delighted with the refurbishments. With the lounge back in operation we can start planning lots of different events and activities that will really make the most of this lovely room.

Clare added: We are very grateful to the local community and their political representatives who have supported us throughout the development of this scheme.

We look forward to continuing to work with them to ensure that Rosemount Mews is a great place to live.

It is great to see the passion, energy and enthusiasm within the room.

More and more public and private sector organisations are keen, and willing, to understand the social enterprise business model.

Mr John Cochrane, who lives at Abercorn Court, added: Theyve done a great job with the lounge.
